• The plan’s case management program will intervene on any potential issues surrounding coverage and authorization for future procedures
• HTC consultation with the patient’s dentist has made the dentist aware of a need of more rigorous monitoring of oral health
• The patient’s next comprehensive care visit at the HTC is scheduled for 1 year from the original visit
