Conclusion/Follow-Up

• The patient’s aPCC prophylaxis regimen has been effective in reducing joint bleeds
  

  –	Over the past 4 months since initiating prophylaxis, he has reported no elbow bleeds and only 1 knee bleed

• Similarly, the 6-week, TIW PT regimen noticeably improved joint function in his knees
• The patient reports having returned to his usual activities and is only minimally hampered by disease activity
