Social/Family Background

• Upon graduating high school, Reggie moved out of his parents’ house and relocated in another state at the age of 18, moving in with his older cousins
• He obtained fulltime employment working in the warehouse of a shipping provider with the referral of his cousin who works for the same company
• The change in lifestyle and insurance coverage that accompanied relocating and joining the workforce resulted in Reggie discontinuing prophylaxis
