Presentation to the HTC

• Having well managed disease via 3x weekly prophylaxis throughout later childhood and adolescence, Reggie last experienced a joint bleed 6 years prior
• Unaware of the symptoms, he had recently been having issues with his knees but did not seek immediate attention due to his work schedule
• When the pain and loss of function worsened, particularly in his right knee, Reggie presented to the local HTC as a new patient
