ITI and Resuming Prophylaxis
After 6 months, Reggie's inhibitor titer was determined to be 4 BU and ITI with rFVIII was increased to 200 IU/kg per day
The inhibitor peaked at 55 BU but then gradually fell over 18 months of continuous treatment, with only 7 days without ITI doses during that timeframe
ITI was deemed successful and Reggie returned to a similar rFVIII prophylaxis regimen to that which he received prior to discontinuation at age 18
