• Medical management-follow-up visits are scheduled to continue to monitor bleeding issues and assess for re-emergence of inhibitor
• Physical therapy- gentle rehabilitation activities for his knee with goal of increased function without increased bleeding
• Social worker assists with Medigap application process and helps coordinate social support
