  • Disease overview, number and sites of bleeds
  • Patient education regarding the importance of adherence to prophylaxis
  • Brief discussion of care plan and evaluation of home therapy
• Physical Therapist
  • Performs assessment on musculoskeletal and functional status
  • Discusses an individually tailored exercise program based on the patient’s ankle and knee deterioration
• Social Worker
  • Discusses patient concerns related to employment and factors related to his health and the potential completion of his GED
